1. Returns
• Eligibility: Items can be returned within 7 calendar days from the date of invoice. To be eligible for a return, items must be unused, in the same condition as received, and in the original packaging.

• Process: To initiate a return, please contact our customer service team at info@you-you.co with your order number and reason for return.
2. Refunds
• Inspection: Once we receive your returned item, we will inspect it and notify you of the status of your refund.
• Approval: If approved, refunds will be processed to the original method of payment within 14 business days.
3. Exchanges
We do not offer direct exchanges. If you wish to exchange an item, please return the original item for a refund and place a new order for the desired item.
4. Non-Returnable Items
Certain items are non-returnable for hygiene reasons, including but not limited to:

Products that come in sealed packaging cannot be exchanged or refunded once opened.
